LOCAL DELIVERIES AND UPS SHIPPING

We ship our ice creams inside a sustainable cotton-insulated boxes, packed with dry ice to ensure your purchase arrives at its destination in perfect condition, within the timeframe it's supposed to arrive. Please note that dry ice is exceptionally cold (-109.3°F -78.5°C). With each box, we include specific instructions to provide for safe handling and disposal of any remaining dry ice. LOCAL DELIVERY 2023 (NYC 5 boroughs)

During checkout, if the destination is within our local delivery zone, you will see the option for local delivery. If this is the case, we pack your order with dry ice if needed (such as on super hot days or if you communicate that you won’t be home to receive your package). Ice cream cake orders will always be packed with dry ice at all times. We’re highly responsive, so if you have any questions or concerns all you gotta do is leave a message during checkout or email us. If you leave us a note with your order, we will email you to confirm your specific request/s. All deliveries are contactless and can be adjusted to your needs.

 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE 2023

Shipping ice cream is tricky business! Frozen shipments cannot be in transit over the weekend, so the destination, shipping method and day & time of your checkout all affect when your order will arrive.

  • We only ship out orders on Mondays thru Wednesdays unless mentioned otherwise.

  • If you place your order/s after Tuesday 5PM EST, shipment will be the following week.*

    • If you’re in a pinch, leave us a note during checkout or email us.

    • Due to our products being highly perishable, if weather conditions or holiday weeks cause significant delay, our shipping schedule is subject to change.

COST

Because we’re dealing with frozen ice cream, we ship your order in a sustainable cotton-insulated cooler with a block of dry ice. Ice cream is more expensive when shipped because of the cost of shipping with dry ice, the type of insulated box we use to make sure you receive your order fully frozen and higher shipping fees for our type of product. Shipping fees vary depending on where your order is being shipped to. Due to 2022 inflations, it is not possible to lower any of our online prices. We are a small business and team of people who work hard and care for each order.

 

RETURNS

Please, do not attempt to send frozen items back to us. We do not accept returns, i.e., melted ice cream. That said, if we DO make a mistake on our end, we’ll be happy to correct it with a reshipment or refund. Always take photos of your order/package as proof and email orders@noonasicecream.com. We guarantee completely frozen deliveries.*

*In the unfortunate case that there is meltage, we promise a free of charge reshipment. A refund is also an option, if preferred.

 

MULTIPLE RECIPIENTS

If you’d like to send Noona's to multiple large parties - holiday gifts, corporate gifts, a very large, extended family that’s impossible to buy for, please feel free to contact us directly. Please email Hannah@NoonasIceCream.com. We'd be elated to assist you with your gifting ideas. We have experience shipping bigger volume orders (30+ pints per shipment). Custom ice cream cake orders (with 10 day lead-time) are available as well.

 

GIFT NOTES

For those who wish to include a personal note with their gift, there is a field for gift messages in “your cart” section of the checkout process. Type your message in the field, and the note will be included in the shipment. Receipt with cost is never included in the package for gifts. If you wish to not leave a note to the recipient, just type that it’s a gift and we won’t include any receipt. Thank you!
