We love all the food made by Chef Jae and are particularly fond of his chili oil. It has a unique complexity and depth of flavor that is unlike other chili oils. With influences from Korean, Chinese and Mexican chili oils, there is brightness and a sweet smokiness that is absolutely delightful and celebrates the diversity of NYC. A mix of sesame seeds adds a fun crunch while the addition of brown rice syrup and honey creates the perfect balance of heat that is oh so sweet.
